What is the purpose of the Violation Committee?

The purpose of the Violation Committee (VC) is to ensure that our community maintains the look and feel of our neighborhood as outlined in our Covenants. The Violation Committee is important because it ensures that homeowners maintain their home exteriors uniformly so the neighborhood will appreciate accordingly.

The Violation Committee will meet regularly to:

	Determine the guidelines of how our neighborhood should look and feel
	Ensure that all neighbors comply with the covenants
	Define the violation and fining procedures for homeowners who do not comply with the covenants.
